How Do You Make Handmade Marbled Round Filmo Clay Beads?
Making your own marbled filmo clay beads can be a fun and creative craft. Use the beads to make your own one of a kind jewelery. You can add other finds such as charms,stones and spacers to your filmo clay bead jewlery projects to make them even more interesting. Purchase from your local craft store Fimo clay in 3 different color blocks. Break off a piece of each color block. Knead each piece in between your hands to form a log. Then each log is rolled wrapped and around each other to form a braid. Gently press the braid together with your fingers. Roll the braid on a flat surface to form a log shape. Fold the log and half and roll again to blend the colors together making a marbled effect. Then roll to a 1/2 inch diameter. Cut off small pieces and roll into round balls. Use the toothpick dipped into a bowl of talcum powder to make a hole though the middle of ball. Smooth the balls out if they need it. Bake according to the Fimo clay package directions and let cool.
