How Do You Make Handmade Christmas Cards?
Your family and friends will most likely enjoy receiving Christmas cards during the holidays — it makes them feel cared for and thought about. Instead of buying generic Christmas cards from a supermarket, you can create special and individual cards using craft supplies. By making your own Christmas cards, you can design them however you want, and write as much as you prefer inside the cards. Fold a sheet of white card stock in half, width-wise. Press the fold to make it flat. Cut out a 4-inch-high Christmas tree from green card stock, using pinking shears. The pinking shears will make the edges of the tree scalloped and ruffled. Glue the tree onto the front of the white card, and allow the glue to dry. Glue colorful metallic sequins onto the tree, and allow the glue to dry. Write a celebratory message onto the front of the card with paint pens. Sprinkle glitter over the wet paint-pen writing, and allow the glue to dry completely. Shake off the excess glitter.
