How Do You Make Hamburger Buns With Trader Joes Pizza Dough?

0

These are instructions for baking fresh hamburger buns with the pizza dough that Trader Joe’s sells in the refrigerator case. Let your plastic bag of pizza dough rest outside the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. If you just picked it up at the store it will probably be ready to go when you get home. Oil a baking sheet. You can do this with cooking oil spray, or by rubbing a butter wrapping paper over the surface. Sprinkle a little flour on a clean surface, and your hands. If you don’t have much space, or clean counters, you can use the baking sheet. Just don’t use too much flour. Turn the pizza dough out onto the floured surface. Divide the dough into three round balls. Place the rounds onto the greased baking sheet with space between them. They will rise slightly. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
