This is a quick and simple recipe with many ingredients that you may already have in your pantry! Make up a batch and have on hand for a great Halloween treat! Preheat an oven to 300 degrees. First, pop a bag of microwave popcorn. Pour popped popcorn into a large metal pot and place on the stovetop. Next, in a smaller pot melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter and corn syrup and combine well. Pour evenly over popcorn while hot. Quickly and gently stir and coat well. Spread evenly all over a baking sheet. Sprinkle with Halloween Sprinkles! Can’t have too many! It adds color! Next, dust liberally with powdered sugar. You can toss it a bit to get the sugar all over it. Pop baking sheet into the oven for 5 minutes to crisp up the mix! Toss in the candy corns. You could even add in raisins and honey roasted nuts to the mix! Let it cool then pour into a bowl and watch it disappear! Store leftovers in an airtight container!
