How Do You Make Guacamole With Two Ingredients?
Love guacamole but not interested in expending a lot of time and effort into making it? Then just follow this simple recipe. Remove any stickers from the avocado. Wash hands and rinse and dry avocado. Slice ripe avocado in half lengthwise. I typically use one per person/serving. To pit an avocado, twist the two halves apart, tap the knife blade into the pit and twist upward. The pit should stick to the knife blade and slide gently out of the avocado half. Peel back the skin from the avocado and push the avocado half into the bowl with your fingers. If the avocado is not ripe enough, the skin may not peel away easily but instead flake off. If this occurs, you may run the blade of the knife in between the skin and avocado and scoop out the insides with a spoon or fork. Repeat with other avocado half.
