How Do You Make Guacamole Mexican Style?
There is nothing like eating fresh guacamole with chips. Every time I bring this dish to a party its the first to be finished. I picked up the recipe from Mexico. Peal all pieces of the garlic, the green tomatoes and the onion. Thoroughly wash all the vegetables. Bring the water in a pan to a boil on the stove. Place the Jalapeno, all of the garlic pieces, the onion and the green tomatoes in the pot of boiling water. Boil the vegetables until the vegetables are soft and you can stick a fork in them easily. Usually the tomatoes skin starts to peal off. Remove the skin off of the tomatoes. Place all of the vegetables, 1/8 cups of parsley and add 1/8 cup of the boiled water used to cook the vegetables in to the blender. Blend on high thoroughly Let the blended mixture sit for 10 minutes. Cut the 8 Avocados in half and then in 1/4 pieces. Using a spoon scrape all of the avocado from all of the 1/4 pieces.
