These tacos are a great quick fix when you get home from work and need to feed someone fast. Serves 4 to 6. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Heat the beef, salt and onions in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until the beef is browned completely. Sprinkle a few drops of water on each tortilla and place in one stack. Wrap the stack in foil and put in the oven. Remove the beef and onions to a plate lined with paper towels. Remove the tortillas from the oven when they are hot. Heat the oil in a small sauté pan over high heat. Put a tortilla on a large plate and place 3 tbsp. beef mixture in a thick line across the middle. Leave about 1/2 inch of space between the ends of the line and the edges of the tortilla. Take the edges of the tortilla opposite the line of beef and bring them together. Grasp the edges with a pair of tongs and lower the folded part of the tortilla into the oil. When the folded part is firm and crisp, lower one side of the tortilla and then the other into the oi
