A delicious combination that is very easy and quick to prepare. The kids will love it! Wash and prepare the potatoes and peppers. Peel the potatoes and thinly slice. Cut the green peppers into thin strips. Place a large-sized skillet on medium heat. Add 4 tablespoons of butter. (DON’T BURN THE BUTTER).Once the butter is melted, place the green pepper strips and potato slices in the skillet. Add salt, pepper and the garlic powder to the peppers and potatoes.
