How Do You Make Grilled Fish On The BBQ?
Summertime conjures up images of hamburgers, hot dogs and ribs cooked over hot coals, or as most of us are doing now, gas. However we choose to barbque, its the summer relief from the hot kitchen and cleanup is usually a breeze. Use paper plates and cups to make it even easier. We are all trying to eat healthier so try cooking fish on the grill. Its fast and easy and even those who turn up their nose at fish will love it! Choose the fish of your liking. Any fish fillet, steak or shrimp will work well. Season fish as you normally would. Start the grill and when ready, place fish on a metal barbque grid made for fish, or use a disposable aluminum pan, sprayed with non stick spray or a little olive oil. Place fish on grill and let cook. A fillet will cook in about 3 minutes on a hot grill and does not need to be turned.
