How Do You Make Great Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas?
This recipe is something definitely out of the ordinary and one of my favorites. If you like buffalo wings, this one is for you! Remove skin from chicken and pull meat from bones. I usually pull the chicken in pieces. I don’t like really chunky quesadillas. When finished, add buffalo sauce to meat in sauce pan. Simmer until warm over low – medium heat. Turn on electric skillet or turn on stove if you’re using a pan. Butter one side of a tortilla. When the skillet is hot, lay tortilla flat to start browning the tortilla. Add cheese, chicken and sauce mixture to half of the tortilla and fold over. You can also make bigger quesadillas by using 2 tortillas, one on top one on bottom and spreading the ingredients over the tortilla you have already started browning. Flip the quesadillas over to brown the other tortilla. Make sure both tortillas are buttered. Put butter side out so it will be able to brown. Cook both sides until brown. Cut in half or quarters.
