How Do You Make Graham Flour Muffins?
The use of graham flour gives a pleasant taste to these healthy muffins. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Butter 12 muffin tins. In a large bowl, mix together the flours, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and raisins. In a smaller bowl, mix together well, the milk, beaten egg, and melted butter. Add the milk mixture, all at once, to the flour mixture and stir just to blend. No more than 12 strokes. It is VERY important that the mixture still be lumpy. Spoon the batter into muffin pans and bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on racks. Enjoy!
