How Do You Make Good Healthy Smoothies?
Smoothies are easy to make, taste wonderful, are healthy, and are very refreshing. It’s perfect for breakfast or a snack. There’s no specific recipe so you can make it different every time. Throw some frozen fruit into the mixer. You can put in whatever type you like or have on hand. I like to put in strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, mango, peaches, cherries, and anything else I have in the freezer at the time. If you want to make it healthier, you can add some protein or fiber powder, nuts, and/or yogurt. This is a great way to add some extra nutrients. Add enough liquid to just cover the fruit. You can either add water, or for some extra flavor add milk or juice. Blend for a few minutes until there are no clumps left. If it’s not mixing well, you may need to add some extra liquid. Pour into a cup and enjoy your guilt-free, healthy, delicious, drink!
