Making your own Chinese Egg rolls for dinner that are healthy for you is fun and quick to do. They can be served with a variety of sauces. Mustard,soy,or sweet and sour sauce are very good. You can add rice on the side and have a nice meal. In large bowl mix together well cabbage,celery,carrots,green onion,pepper to your taste,garlic powder,soy sauce and cooked meat. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Sprinkle 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch mixture into the large bowl. This is is your eggroll filling. Place a wrapper on a plate or cutting broad put 3 Tbsp. filling mixture in middle and spread out with spoon almost but not all the way to corners. Roll up like you would a burrito. Fold in ends first and then roll sides in tightly. Seal by brushing a little of the cornstarch and water mixture on edges. Heat oil in deep skillet when hot fry all eggrolls a few at a time until golden brown. Drain egg rolls on plated lined with a paper towel to absorb the oil.
