• Put Butter, Golden Syrup, Caster sugar, Cocoa in a bowl. • Cook in Microwave (50% power) for 2 1/2 minutes. • Take out and stir well. • Add sifted flour, baking powder and Coconut. • Stir well. • Put all ingredients into glass casserole 20 cm square. • Cook on Medium High (75% power) for 8 minutes. • Put some icing on and spread it so you can’t see it! Cut into square pieces.
