How Do You Make “Godzilla” Peanut Butter Cookies?
To finish off these Peanut Butter Cookies you can mix in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips or melt some chocolate and dip an end or the whole cookie. This recipe makes about 36 Cookies. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Cream together the Margarine/Butter, Peanut Butter, Granulated Sugar and Brown Sugar. Mix well Mix in the eggs, one at a time. Make sure each egg has been incorporated before adding any more. In a separate bowl mix together the flour and baking soda. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix until just combined. Using a #20 or #18 ice cream scoop… or a heaping 1/4 cup of batter, place cookie dough about 3 inches apart on parchment covered sheet pan. Bake for about 12 to 14 minutes. Remember!!!! Rotate cookies at the halfway point of baking. If you’re cooking two pans of cookies at a time you’ll need to rotate and switch the top with the bottom.
