How Do You Make Gobi (Cauliflower) Curry?
Gobi or Cauliflower curry is a healthy and delicious vegetarian dish. It is very popular in India and Pakistan. You can eat this with rice but it tastes very good with fresh naan or roti (bread). It takes only about half an hour to cook and can last for at least two to three days. Take the whole cauliflower, onions and tomatoes and cut in to small bite size pieces. Do not throw away the root of the flower and also cut them in to small pieces. Wash it thoroughly. Heat half cup of oil in a large pan or wok. Add onions in the heated pan and fry until they turn in to light golden brown. Add a small cinnamon stick, cloves and fresh tomatoes. Cook these ingredients for seven to ten minutes. Add ginger, garlic, salt, red chilies, turmeric and cook for another five to ten minutes. Add about half cut of water. Cook until all mixture turns in to a paste.
