How Do You Make Gluton Free Chicken Rice Casserole?
Here’s a delicious recipe that’s also gluton-free. Wonderful for entertaining or a nice family meal at home. Enjoy! Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil for 4 minutes on each side. Remove and keep warm. In the same skillet, saute peppers, onion, garlic, and mushrooms until tender. Stir in the rice, broth, corn, pepper, and salt and bring to a boil. Transfer to a 11″x7″x2″ casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Top with chicken. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Sprinkle with almonds and parsley. Enjoy!
