• Add the beans, peppers, corn and onions into large mixing bowl and set them aside. • Add olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, lemon juice, sugar, salt, garlic, cilantro, cumin and black pepper into a separate small mixing bowl. • Whisk all of the ingredients in the small mixing bowl together. • Add hot sauce and chili powder to the dressing, to taste. • Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and combine well. • Cover and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours. Serve cold.
