How Do You Make Glass Bead Bracelets?

Besides exercising your imagination, you are also customizing your jewelry to perfectly match your outfits; and, no way around it, that is very cool. Bracelets obviously come in all sizes, shapes and designs. Here I’ll show you how to make a very easy bracelet using Czech glass beads and silk string. Most silk string for beading comes with a beading needle already attached. If this is what you have then just knot the end of your string. Trim the end of the string close to the knot, and seal it with clear fingernail polish to keep the knot from unraveling. Feed the needle through the open end of the ‘clam’ of the bead tip, then press the bead tip closed over the knot. The string will trail out the end away from the bead tip. Attach your hook-and-eye clasp to the open metal arm of the bead tip, then bend the arm closed with your needlenose pliers.
