How Do You Make Ghost Lollipops For Halloween?
Halloween is my favorite holiday of all, every year I make these little treats for my kids and for the trick-or-treaters and everyone loves them. Lay out all of your supplies on a table. Take a lollipop and place a tissue or napkin over the rounded top of the pop. (Round pops work best) Secure tissue or napkin with a rubber band. Simply draw on a ghostly face and your done. Repeat with the remaining lollipops.
