How Do You Make Garlic Sauce Stir Fry?

0

Do you like Chinese cuisine? Would you like to recreate some of your favorite stir-fry dishes at home? Garlic sauce is so versatile that you can add it to many meats and vegetables. Try it with chicken or shrimp, snow peas or snap beans, carrots, corns, red bell pepper and green onions. Combine garlic, soy sauce, water, honey, sesame oil, black pepper and cornstarch in a large bowl. Add the meat or shrimp to the garlic sauce and stir, making sure the protein is well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for one hour. Heat peanut oil in a skillet on medium heat. Remove the meat from the marinade mixture with a slotted spoon and add it to the heated skillet. Sautee meat until almost fully cooked. Stir the remaining garlic sauce marinade in with the meat. Add your selection of vegetables and continue cooking. Stir frequently until vegetables are tender and sauce has thickened.
