Nver let the butter begin to burn but it should brown a bit. Put the already seasoned steak into the butter and allow to cook for about 15 minutes. Make sure the steak is completely submerged. After 15 minutes, flip the steak over and allow to cook for another 15 minutes. Then reduce the heat by half and let cook 30 minutes. The steak is going to be well done but it will be vaery tender.
