Wind chimes add a nice touch to any garden or patio. Wind chimes make great gifts for most occasions. This tutorial will explain how to make fused glass wind chimes. Wrap your copper, fine silver or high temperature wire about fourteen times around a one inch mandrel to create a coil. Cut the coil to create jump rings. Cut twelve pieces of fusible glass one inch wide by six inches long. Arrange the glass strips into six piles of glass, add one jump ring on the top of each glass strip so that the jump ring is half on the glass and half off the glass. Add another layer of glass so that the two pieces are aligned and the jump ring is sandwiched between the two layers of glass. You can use a drop of glue to hold the glass in place, if needed.
