If you love the smell and taste of yummy funnel cakes at the fair, you will love being able to make funnel cakes using Bisquick at home. The smell is almost identical and the taste is out of this world. Heat the deep fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the Bisquick as directed on the packaging for the pancakes. Fill the soup ladle with the Bisquick mix. Slowly pour the entire ladle into the deep fryer, making swirling motions to form a circular cake. Cook for two minutes. Flip the funnel cake over and cook it for another minute and a half. Remove the funnel cake from the deep fryer and place on paper towels to cool and expel excess oil. Dust with powdered sugar.
