How Do You Make Frozen Cadillac Margarita?
The best Cadillac margarita I’ve ever encounter was at a little whole in the wall Mexican restaurant. The secret to this drink is the Grand Marnier. I did a little experiment at home with the drink and it turn out to be a drink that is yet refreshing and delicious. In a blender combine Tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and finely chopped ice. Close the lid tightly and mix the ingredients until it is slushy. Cut the lime into wedges and set them on a plate. Rub the rim of a Margarita or highball glasses with lime and swirl the glass with salt. Pour the Grand Marnier on top and squeeze the lime juice on top. You may drop the lime in the glass and mix the drink. This is optional. Garnish the glass with another piece of lime, straw, or what ever you have handy to decorate the glass to make it festive for your occasions.
