How Do You Make Frothy Cappuccino Punch?
For a delicious coffee drink, brew up a bowl of frothy cappuccino for your guests. Makes 50 four-oz. servings. Pour chilled coffee into a large punch bowl. Combine 2 1/4 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. sugar and vanilla extract in blender. Blend until frothy. Add milk mixture to the coffee. Repeat blending with remaining evaporated milk and sugar and add to coffee. Add scoops of ice cream to punch and top with chocolate curls. Ladle into mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon.
