Melt a pat of butter in the frying pan or spray your frying pan with fat-free nonstick spray. While the butter is melting, use a glass or cup to cut a perfect circle in the middle of piece of wheat bread. Put the piece of bread in the frying pan. Crack the egg into the circle that you cut from the bread and throw the egg shells away. You can add other breakfast goodies to the egg shape area if you like.
