How Do You Make Fresh Homemade Lemonade?

Nothing is quite as refreshing as homemade lemonade. Seems like there is always someone with a lemon tree just dying to get rid of them. NOT ME!!! I have two lemon trees and use every last one making this delicious lemonade. Don’t know what to do yours? MAKE LEMONADE!!! Get your “work station” set up. You’ll need a cutting board, knife, 10-15 lemons (depending on the size of your pitcher), juicer, a measuring cup, and sugar. Work out your ratios first to determine how much lemon juice you need. 3 parts water / 1 part sweetener / 1 part lemon juice make a traditional lemonade, while 4 parts water makes it less tart. So using the 3:1:1 ratio, take your pitcher capacity and divide it by 5. This is what each ratio “part” represents. Fill that pitcher to the brim!!! Cut up your lemons. I like using Meyers lemons. I make a giant pitcher of lemonade and so I easily use 15 lemons. This makes about 5 quarts Juice your lemons Fill your pitcher with 1 part lemon juice…that you just juiced. Meas
