How Do You Make Fresh Cream For Berries?

0

Who just doesn’t love fresh cream in a big bowl of fresh, plump and juicy berries? So how do you make this yummy, delightful cream at home. It’s actually, a very simple process that just includes basic ingredients, minimum effort and a bit of time. Step 1 Mix the ingredients until blended well. Then convert to a quart size glass jar. (It’s best to use a wide mouth jar) Step 2 Loosely cover the glass jar. This is best done with plastic wrap. Step 3 At room temperature (about 70 to 72 degrees,) allow the mixture to set overnight. Step 4 Now stir the cream again and cover. This time wrap it up tight and place it in the refrigerator. Step 5 Allow the mixture to chill for 2 hours before serving and keep refrigerated. Discard any cream that has not been used after about 4 or 5 days. Serve this cream on fresh fruits and berries for best results. This recipe can also be used in recipes that call for creme fraiche.
