How Do You Make Fresh Cranberry Vinaigrette?
T’is the season for Fresh Cranberries. Learn how to make a delicious Fresh Cranberry Vinaigrette, wonderful for salads, marinating or as a dipping sauce. Combine the fresh cranberries, there are 12oz in a packet, and the sugar together. Add a little cranberry juice or water. (2oz) Cook together in a small pot, until the fresh cranberries are soft. Taste for tartness, add a little more sugar if needed. Cool the cranberry mixture and put into a blender. Turn the blender on to the lowest speed, remove the middle part from the lid. Slowly pour in the olive oil in a nice steady stream. Blend until completely emulsified. When completely combined, taste, adjust the sweetness and if the cranberry vinaigrette is too thick add a little warm water until the desired consistency is reached.
