I like to make a paste of olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, and a little cayenne. Remove the husks and silks from the corn. Using your hands, coat each ear with the olive oil mixture. Just to cover, no need to slather it on. Then wrap tightly in foil. Put on the grill about 15-20 minutes turning a few times. Best if the grill stays covered as it builds up the heat. We’re having this tonight ourselves. Alternative covers include a mayonnaise/parmesan mixture (check out Paula Deen, corn on the cob on foodtv). You can also peel back the husk, remove the inner leaves and silks and then coat with whatever flavoring, put the leaves back to cover the corn completely, tie and put on the grill that way. The leaves will char though and the foil makes it a lot cleaner and easier.
