How Do You Make Freakin Good And EASY Teriyaki Chicken?
Nothing beats teriyaki chicken and rice for me. I personally don’t mind forking over five bucks to get it, but it’s just as easy to make at home. Trust me, try this once and you’ll be thinking about opening your own restaurant. Buy some Yoshida’s sauce. Don’t get the sweet and sour or any other fancy kind, get the regular sauce. Any grocery store will have Yoshida’s sauce, even Costco has it. Buy some chicken thighs, I prefer without the bone. If you are looking to cut some calories, cut off all fat. The thighs are better than chicken breast because they stay moist. Add some wine, sesame oil and garlic to the Yoshida’s sauce. Mix it all together. Taste this to see if you need to add more of any one ingredient. Put chicken and sauce in casserole dish. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Bake chicken and sauce in casserole dish at about 350 degrees for an hour. Make sure to cut into a piece to make sure it is cooked. Enjoy!
