How Do You Make Flowerpot Wind Chimes?
If you have an abundance of terra cotta flower pots, put them to good use with some easy-to-make, unique flowerpot wind chimes. They’ll add a lovely, earthy touch to your porch or patio. They also make great gifts for all the gardeners on your list. Make sure the flowerpots are clean and dry. If they’ve been used, scrub them with a brush in hot, soapy water and allow them to dry thoroughly. Flowerpot wind chimes made of clean pots will have a much nicer tone. Tie another knot that will be inside the pot, and place a wooden bead on the twine so that the bead will bump against the inside of the pot, making a gentle chiming noise. Continue working from the largest flower pot to the smallest until the wind chimes reach the length you desire. Paint the flower pots if you want to. Otherwise, leave them plain. Attach the curtain ring to the top of the wind chimes and hang them
