How Do You Make Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies?
Just three ingredients and no flour to make the best peanut butter cookies. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the parchment paper to fit the cookie sheet and lay it on top. Combine the sugar, peanut butter, and egg in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Drop by spoonfuls onto the parchment lined cookie sheet. Leave about two inches of space between the cookies. Flatten the cookies with the fork. Make a criss-cross pattern with the fork. Bake the cookies in the oven at 325 for 8-10 minutes, until very slightly browned on top. You might have to turn the pan around if your oven does not evenly heat. If you are unsure if the cookies are done, pull them out. They will finish cooking after you remove them from the oven. Once out of the oven, let the cookies rest on the cookie sheet for 5-10 minutes. Then remove them from the parchment lined cookie sheet to a cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy with a large glass of milk.
