Buy fake plants from any retailer that sells such items. These places often sell driftwood for craft projects as well. When selecting driftwood, make sure that it will fit into the aquarium. Separate plants into small sections that would be suitable for the interior of the aquarium. Using the drill and masonry bit, drill a hole into the center of each rock that will be used for the plants. Stick the previously separated plant sections through the holes that were drilled in the rocks. Using a glue gun, place a dab of glue on the underside of the rock so that the plant stays in place.
