Here’s how to make fish emulsion fertilizer at home: Buy a 5 gallon bucket with a lid. You can use a larger container if you want but you will need to adjust the proportions. Add fresh fish parts to a blender with warm water and emulsify. Avoid using canned fish for the fertilizer since these tend to contain extra preservatives.
