The more layers you use the thicker the finished fiberglass will be. Prepare the surface of a metal table by applying two layers of boat wax. Let the wax harden and buff the table using an electric buffer. Mix the catalyst with the resin in a small bucket using a stir stick. Stir the resin until it becomes one consistent color.
