Feta cheese is a traditional Greek cheese that has a tangy and salty taste. It is a great combination with fresh tomatoes which is showcased in this appetizer recipe using Roma tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes in half, crosswise. Scoop out the pulp and reserve. Broil tomatoes on high for 3 minutes. Remove from broiler and set aside. Pour Italian salad dressing in a small saucepan and heat until it begins to boil. Add shrimp to the dressing and cook on medium heat until the shrimp are pink. Add reserved tomato pulp and green onions. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the feta cheese and bread crumbs. Mix well. Fill each tomato skin with stuffing and garnish with reserved oregano.
