How Do You Make Fast BBQ Chicken Tacos?
Ok, so these aren’t authentic mexican tacos, but they’re for those days when you only have a few minutes to prepare an easy and tasty meal. I use it for the days when I’m too lazy to actully cook anything. Whatever your reason, please try them. Cut the chicken tenders into bite size pieces and add a small amount of salt, but not too much because you can always adjust it later. Heat a pot with olive oil over medium/high heat, and add the chicken. Brown the chicken tenders and add the can of corn, mix well. Pour the bbq sauce over the chicken and heat on medium/low while gently stirring, cook until heated. Gently warm tortillas as directed on the package. If you don’t have a tortilla warmer, place the tortillas in between two pieces of paper towels and foil. To serve, place lettuce on tortillas and add chicken. Top with cheese and scallions. Roll up.
