How Do You Make Fall Themed Drink Coasters?
You can never have too many drink coasters. The best way to get people to use them is to have them lying around when they need them, because no one thinks of a coaster if it is not already under their drink. Incorporate these clever coasters into your fall decor and you need never suffer from drink rings on your furniture again. Collect some beautiful fall leaves outside. They need to be relatively flat and not yet crumbly. They should be relatively large, but not larger than your cork coasters. Glue the leaves and the glitter to the top of the cork coasters. You can arrange several small leaves in a pretty pattern, or you can use one large leaf as a centerpiece. Use a thin layer of glue to hold the glitter in place, or outline the leaves if you prefer. Cover the tops of the coasters with the contact paper. You can either trace and cut out coaster shapes with the scissors and then lay them over the tops of the coasters, or you can use larger pieces of contact paper and fold the excess
