How Do You Make Fajita Seasoned Marinade?
Marinade is the key to tender, moist pork, chicken and steaks. This simple, easy to prepare marinade adds a delicious flavor through the entire meat that’s marinated in it. In a medium size bowl add 2 cups of pineapple juice. Add 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, stir to blend. Wash the green pepper, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Chop the pepper into pieces and add to the mixture. Clean the onion by peeling of the first layer and cutting off the root end of the onion. Chop into small pieces and add to the mixture Take two cloves of garlic and cut off the root end. Peel each clove and chop. Add to the mixture. Add one pack of fajita seasoning to the bowl and mix to blend all ingredients together. Add chicken, pork or beef to the zip lock bag and pour the marinade over the meat. Seal the bag and use your hands to gently work the marinade around the bag to cover the meat. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or over night, occasionally turning the bag over.
