How Do You Make Fabulous Sun Tea Without The Sun?
You could make fabulous sun tea without the sun year-round. Start by boiling 8 Lipton tea-bags or 4 family sized Lipton tea-bags in a small boiling pan. Once the tea bags are fully saturated and the water begins to boil, you should remove the pan from the heat immediately before the tea bags rupture. Then fill a large pitcher 1/3 capacity with cold water. Remove the tea-bags from the pan and pour the concentrated tea into the pitcher of cold water and then continue to fill the pitcher the rest of the way full with cold water. Add 1 cup of sugar or sugar substitute too the pitcher of tea and stir until the sugar dissolves. Test the tea by tasting it to make sure it is sweetened well enough and add more sugar if needed. Finally rinse thoroughly and slice a small orange and a small lemon. Place the sliced pieces of lemon and orange into your pitcher of sweetened tea. Place the pitcher into the refrigerator to chill. Adding the lemon and orange slices, is optional, they can also be chilled
