How Do You Make Eyes Look Bigger With Pencil Eyeliner?
If you have brown or green eyes use black or brown pencil. If you have blue eyes use can use gray pencil too. Since you can only use neutrals the color of the pencil isn’t really a big deal. Just apply a thin line of pencil don’t make it too extravagant and go crazy. Keep a nice organized line on your lash line. On the bottom get as close to you eye as you can and apply a line. I usually smear the line a little bit which helps the eyes look bigger. Also, if you have brown eyes esp, get a little bit of plain brown shadow and smear a small amount of liner with the shadow on the corner of your eye. Make sure to use a neutral tan shadow, I get one with a little shimmer in it, to put on your lids once you’re done putting on the liner. I have found out that mascara and not the eyeliner actually make your eyes seem bigger. So invest in a good mascara to complete the look!
