It will also work in any other wet situation.(up to your knees) Take off your shoes. It is best to do this in a dry place like your car or above the snow. A tree Stump will also work if you have no car near you. Put the trash bags over your feet as well as your pants. Tie or Duct Tape the bag as high up your legs as you can get it. Remember the higher the bag, the farther up your pants will be waterproof. Leave a little extra space at the end of your toes. It will be more comfortable if you do. Put shoes on over the bags. You now have homemade waterproof pants, which can keep you dry in the snow, mud, or water.
