How Do You Make Egyptian Queen Crowns?
Egyptian queen crowns aren’t like your typical fairy princess crowns. They were often simply gold bands decorated with precious stones, and sometimes included beads that flowed down into the hair. Making an Egyptian queen crown of your own can be done using some simple creativity and a few craft supplies. Measure the circumference of your head to see how much ribbon you’ll need for your crown, and cut a piece of your ribbon accordingly. Cut another piece of gold ribbon of the same length. Sew your two pieces of gold ribbon together end to end using your gold thread so you’ll have a thick headband wrap. At the ends of your piece of sewn-together ribbon, sew two small circular pieces of Velcro to secure your headband in place. Take two pieces of gold pipe cleaner and intertwine them loosely.
