How Do You Make “Egg” Nog Without The Egg?
This is a wonderful addition to the regular egg nog served at family gatherings on the holidays. It is simple to make and makes about 8 servings. Step 1 Combine the pudding mix, 2 cups of milk, vanilla and sugar in a medium bowl. Mix according to pudding mix package. Step 2 Pour mixture into a 1/2 gallon container with a tight fitting cover. Step 3 Add 3 cups of milk, cover and shake. Add evaporated milk, cover and shake. Add remaining milk and shake for about 1 to 2 minutes to ensure good mixture. Chill until ready to serve. Top each glass with a dash of cinnamon for a lovely look and taste!
