A graduation party, whether for a preschool, high school, college or other graduation event, should have treats that befit the occasion for the party. One clever idea is to make desserts in the shape of miniature graduation caps. You can personalize the treats with accents in the graduate’s school colors or write the graduate’s initials on the top of each graduation cap to make them even more special. Bake cupcakes in paper liners and allow them to cool. Break graham crackers in half so you have as many square graham cracker halves as you do cupcakes. Coat the tops of graham cracker squares with melted chocolate and refrigerate them so they harden. Use white chocolate for white cupcakes and dark chocolate for chocolate cupcakes. Remove cupcakes from their paper liners and set them upside-down on a serving tray. Press the handle of a wooden spoon into the center of each cupcake to make an indentation for a frosting filling. Spoon your graduate’s favorite kind of frosting into a plastic
