How Do You Make Ecofriendly Natural Windex?

0

Ever run out of windex and need something in a pinch? Here is a recipe for a home made window cleaner that can be used to clean almost any other surface. It works well on door knobs, countertops, and sinks as well. I make all my own labels and let the kids help decorate. It is a fun family project making cleaners and it teaches them to recycle and be planet friendly! Step 1 Purchase a spray bottle or recycle one from your home. Just make certain it is cleaned out and rinsed really well. Step 2 Combine one cup of each of the vinegar, water and alcohol. Mix well. Step 3 Pour solution in to the spray bottle and start cleaning. This solution may be used on almost any surface. I find that it works better than windex and is friendly on the wallet. It cleans sinks and doorknobs terrific. You can also add a few drops of tea tree oil or orange oil for scent, but these are also natural disinfectants.
