How Do You Make Easy, Very Tasty, Different Salmon?
This is an outstanding recipe for salmon. Easy to make, and every time I’ve made it, people have asked me for the recipe. It’s absolutely great and quick! You’ll never want to loose this recipe! Roast the coriander seeds in a saucepan until they become very fragrant; they will smell almost like popcorn. Let cool about 15 minutes, then crush either in a mortar and pestle or any other way. . Mix the soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and crushed coriander seeds. Season the salmon with salt and pepper on both sides. Coat the fish by brushing with the sauce on both sides. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet and sear the salmon for 2 minutes on each side, or more if you like it well-done. Adjust cooking time to the thickness of the fillets, making sure to leave the center a little darker. Baste abundantly as you cook the fish.
