These restaurant-style mozzarella stuffed breadsticks are easy to make and taste great by themselves, as an appetizer, or served with your favorite pasta. Preheat your oven to the temperature directed in the baking directions for your biscuits. Open your biscuits and, using a rolling pan, roll them into ovals slightly longer than your cheese sticks. Unwrap a cheese stick and place it on a biscuit, then roll the cheese up in the center of the biscuit. Use the overlapping dough on each end to tuck underneath, sealing the cheese on the inside.
